Functional check of the mist blower

Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament of 21 October 2009 lays down Community rules for the sustainable use of pesticides, reducing their risks and impacts on human health and the environment.

In addition to raising awareness of the types of plant protection products to be used, the Directive provides that pesticide application equipment used for professional use should be subject to regular inspections. Only equipment that has successfully passed the check can be used for professional use.

New equipment must be subjected to a functional check 

• Within 5 years from the date of purchase
• Every three years, subsequent checks

The directive includes in the controls the "fan-supported mist sprayers", that are, the backpack sprayers that we produce.

You must go to approved testing centres for this control.
